These cones are used in place of the pen bushings for applying the finish to your pens. They allow you to seal the grain ends of your pen blanks while applying your finish.
For those doing CA or Lacquer Painted finishes, the CA or Lacquer does not stick to the cones...no more bushes stuck to your blanks. Can be used on pen kits from 7mm upwards and are able to be used multiple times.
