To request a return of an item, please use the Returns Page on our web site to lodge your Return. 

PLEASE BE SURE TO ADVISE US OF THE PROBLEM BEFORE RETURNING THE GOODS.

All our products carry a standard one-year Warranty as laid out under The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

PLEASE Check your Package carefully for any signs of damage. If our goods don't reach you in perfect condition please contact us within 7 working days.  In the event that the error is ours, We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, we will pay any return postage.

We will replace or refund you for any items that are no satisfactory if returned within 14 days.

Orders that result in a return for any other reason, e.g. wrong item ordered, refusal, etc., will incur return shipping charges. Such returns must be in new condition with original packaging. Any refund processed will be less the original shipping fee.

Clearance items are not eligible for returns.
